  UK-Russia Year of Culture 2014 will celebrate the rich and diverse cultural relationship of both countries. It aims to foster cultural exchange, increase the flow of ideas and develop stronger relationships between people, institutions and governments. The scale of the programme across arts, education, language, sport and science is indicative of the ambition and aspirations of both countries.
